Refund Policy
Dear customers,
i need to write this down because a few times i received requests of refund that i couldn’t satisfy. The plugins will as much as possible match your theme’s style and colors, but some customers complained that they didn’t like the color of my H2 title. Well, the color depended on how their theme styles those H2 titles, therefore i can’t give a refund for that. Some other times customers explored the internet and found something that they liked more, or was matching their needs more and wanted a refund. Again, i can’t give a refund for that.
So how does it work? Here is a common situation:
- you purchase and install the plugin
- the plugin has a bug and you report it
- i try to fix it
- i may ask you to create an admin user for me to edit the plugin
- Every site has its own style, or its own plugins installed. Serveral times the authors don’t follow the WordPress rules 100% (how many bad programming i found!) and even if something seems not working with the plugin that you purchased, the problem can be caused by another plugin. In those cases i need to directly access your site to find out because i can’t replicate the problem on my development site.
- If the problem is actually regarding the plugin, and i can’t fix it, you get the refund
I am happy to say that 99% of cases, customers are very cooperative, help me debug and give me detailed and useful information, and i can’t fix any problem for them.
A refund is guaranteed whenever the plugin is not working or doesn’t implement the features that it is advertised for. It’s not guaranteed if you just don’t like it or find something that you like more some time later.
Thanks for your understanding.
